The University Nanosat Program (UNP), sponsored by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) and the Space Vehicles Directorate (AFRL/RV), is requesting proposals for the 9th cycle (NS-9) of the program. For this cycle, the UNP Program Office is excited to announce that we are partnering with the Space Dynamics Laboratory to help administer the program! We are confident this will continue to help the University Nanosat Program be one of the leading Nanosatellite programs for STEM education and S&T research.

Proposals are now being accepted at the following link: http://sdl.usu.edu/education/unp.

Additional submittal information can be found at the website. The RFP will remain open until Monday, November 30th at 4:00pm EDT. We anticipate up to 10 selections will be made, and notifications are expected to be sent in mid-December. A kickoff meeting for the selected programs is projected to be held at the AFRL, Kirtland AFB, NM in mid-January.

We strongly encourage Universities to submit a proposal, and we look forward to seeing the innovative missions that will be proposed.
