The Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS) is pleased to announce our Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking to identify projects within the field of Materials Science. CASIS is confident that this RFP will generate both experienced and new investigators who will endeavor to use the extreme conditions of space for development and testing of new materials, components and systems that will have Earth-based applications. CASIS will support this process through grant funding, facilitation of service provider interactions and flight coordination to and from the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory.
